How our medical content is written and reviewed
Health information should say who wrote it, when, and on what basis. This page states our standards so you can judge the rest of the site.
Authorship and review
Clinical and educational content on this website is written or reviewed by Dr. Tetyana Shvets, DO, a family medicine physician licensed in Florida. Guides display the publication date and the most recent review date.
Review cadence
Educational guides are reviewed at least annually, and sooner when clinical guidance, medication labeling or practice policies change materially. When a guide changes substantively, the review date is updated.
Standards we hold to
- • Content reflects current mainstream clinical guidance, not marketing claims.
- • No outcome is guaranteed, including weight loss or any treatment result.
- • Medications are described with benefits, limitations and cautions together — never benefits alone.
- • Pricing, credentials, hours and services are stated only when verified by the practice.
- • Reviews and testimonials are published only if they are real and permitted by the patient.
- • We do not publish content written to rank rather than to help.
