Medical, not commercial

A physician leads your weight-loss care

Weight is a medical issue with medical causes — thyroid, metabolic, hormonal, medication-related, and behavioral. Your plan starts with an evaluation, not a product.

Your program may include

  • Comprehensive medical evaluation
  • Weight and health history
  • Metabolic health evaluation
  • Nutrition guidance
  • Lifestyle and activity recommendations
  • Laboratory testing when appropriate
  • Medication options when clinically appropriate
  • GLP-1 and other evidence-based therapies when medically appropriate
  • Regular progress monitoring
  • Maintenance planning

Treatment recommendations are individualized following medical evaluation. Prescription medication may be offered when clinically appropriate.

Common questions

Weight-loss questions we hear most

How does the weight management program work?

You begin with an informational Discovery Visit, then schedule a comprehensive medical evaluation with Dr. Shvets. Treatment recommendations are individualized based on that evaluation, and ongoing visits monitor progress and adjust the plan.

Do you prescribe GLP-1 medications?

GLP-1 and other evidence-based medications may be prescribed when medically appropriate following evaluation by a licensed physician. Medication is never guaranteed.

Does everyone qualify for medication?

No. Whether medication is appropriate depends on your medical history, evaluation findings, and clinical guidelines. Treatment options vary by patient.

Are medications included in the monthly price?

Medication inclusion is shown on each program card on the Pricing page. Where medication is not included, it is billed separately by the pharmacy.

Are labs included?

Laboratory inclusion is shown on each program card. Where labs are not included, they are billed separately.

How often are follow-ups?

Follow-up frequency is individualized and based on your treatment plan and clinical needs.

Can I participate if I already take a weight-loss medication?

Often yes. Current medications are reviewed during your medical evaluation and the plan is adjusted based on clinical judgment.

What happens after I reach my goal weight?

The focus shifts to maintenance planning — sustaining your results with the least intensive plan that remains clinically appropriate.
